In the days leading up to Christmas, we wanted to take some time to highlight some amazing tenant stories of transformation!
Stories like Emily's are why we do what we do! We are so thankful she chose to call City Center Lofts home! For our tenant Emily, being at City Center Lofts has made her life better. "Since moving into this building, I feel like I've become a better version of myself. I found neighbors who genuinely care and lift each other up. Sometimes it's just a simple 'hi, how are you?' in passing. Other times it's a fun game of cards and getting to know each other. My kids have other kids to play with, filling the rooms with laughter I didn't realize I was missing."
She even took some time to brag on our amazing community resource advocate Eugene! 😉 "This man goes above and beyond for everyone here. He's the one who lends a hand when you move in, fixes broken doors like he did mine, brings this high energy and positivity that's honestly contagious. He's a listening ear, a friend you can have inside jokes with, a mentor, and someone my kids love to look for and give big hugs to. He doesn't get nearly enough praise for the impact he has on the people who live here."
This is truly what we are all about at Gateway Collective! Eugene works so hard to create a community where our tenants feel cared for and seen. He does an amazing job!
