Finding support after a brain injury can feel overwhelming, but you are not alone. 💛🧠 Adeo helps individuals 16 and older access the care and services they need to thrive. Eligible individuals include adults with a diagnosed brain injury that occurred before age 65, who require long-term support, and who meet financial, medical, and program criteria. Many qualify for Medicaid-funded care and the Brain Injury Waiver through Health First Colorado.

To get started, connect with your local Single Entry Point agency for guidance, ask for intake or case management, and complete an application with Adeo. ✨
