We are Northern Colorado’s only nonprofit residential facility for people with brain injuries and are seeking a Resident-Centered Impact & Engagement Manager. This full-time position oversees engagement activities for residents here at Adeo, ensuring person-centered plans and meaningful connections within the community.
Responsibilities include supervising engagement staff, developing individualized activity plans, coordinating health and wellness programs, and supporting resident committees.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong supervisory and communication skills, and a passion for supporting people with disabilities.
