Izzy came from a horrible neglect case where animals perished around her and she was forced to have litter after litter. Her owner was neglectful and abusive as the dogs at the home were not always fed or cared for. 😭 Izzy remains sweet and loving, she loves living indoors and sleeping on a bed! ❀️ She knows how to use a doggy door and does well on a harness. Izzy gets along with dogs and children! She is ready for her new forever, leaving the past where it belongs🏑🐾

🐾❀️ WE’RE MORE THAN A RESCUE ❀️🐾

Last night, a few of our Tailwaggers 911 team members came together to volunteer at Country in the Burg β€” and it was such a great reminder of what makes this rescue so special!

Yes, we’re here for the dogs. We rescue, foster, fundraise, transport, advocate, and work tirelessly to give dogs the lives they deserve. But somewhere along the way, we’ve also built something pretty amazing with each other!!

We’re a team. We’re friends. We laugh together, work hard together, show up for one another, and genuinely enjoy spending time together. We support our community not only through dog rescue, but by showing up and helping wherever we can. ❀️

Tailwaggers 911 is so much more than a rescue organization. It’s a community of people who have become family, brought together by a shared love for dogs and a desire to make a difference.

And honestly? We wouldn’t want it any other way. 🐢❀️

Maybe you’ve been looking for something like this, too. If being part of a close-knit team, helping dogs, giving back to our community, meeting some pretty amazing people, and making a difference sounds like something you’d be interested in, we’d love to apart of our team too!

Pumpkin is part of a hoarding case our Texas partners have been working on. This sweet little family has been through a lot, and they deserve a second chance! They are learning how to be loved dogs and already love to cuddle and cherish their new toys! Pumpkin is a petite little girl and just a doll, she is opening up and loving cuddles and learning the crate is her safe space! Pumpkin is one of the young puppies from the group, she is excited to live the GOOD LIFE! ❀️🏑

Flor was dumped with her family but unfortunately by the time rescue could get to them, 2 had disappeared. 😒 These sweet babies were very shy at first but they are warming up well! We know they will find wonderful families. Flor takes a bit of time to warm up especially to kids with fast movements and loud sounds. She is likely the mom to all the puppies that were abandoned along with her. She is learning what the good life is like! πŸ₯°πŸΎ
