Today, we’re celebrating the incredible organizations working to ensure that individuals and families in our community have access to nutritious food when they need it most. ❤️

The Ozaukee Nonprofit Center is proud to have three incredible agencies dedicated to fighting food insecurity in Ozaukee County:
Family Sharing of Ozaukee County, Inc.
The Food Pantry, Inc.
Ozaukee Food Alliance

These organizations provide essential resources, food assistance, and support to neighbors throughout our community every day.

On National Food Bank Day, we encourage you to learn more about these organizations, support their missions, and consider how you can help fight food insecurity right here in Ozaukee County.

💙 A Heartfelt Thank You to a Generous Community Member! 💙

We are so grateful for the kindness of an anonymous community member who recently donated an incredible collection of handmade and thoughtful items to the Ozaukee Baby Bank! 🍼✨

Their donation included handmade bibs, burp cloths, teething rings, a cozy blanket, snacks, a stuffed animal, and an activity book, all items that will bring comfort, joy, and support to local families.

It’s acts of kindness like this that remind us just how special our community is. Thank you for helping us make a difference for babies and families throughout Ozaukee County! 💙

A big thank you to the Lit. & Comp. class at Grafton High School for supporting the Ozaukee Baby Bank! 🍼

The class went above and beyond by starting a GoFundMe fundraiser and hosting a bake sale at the high school to raise money for local families in need. Their creativity, generosity, and commitment to giving back to the community are truly inspiring! 👏

💙 Celebrating the Heart Behind the 2026 Ozaukee Impact Legacy Award

We are proud to share that Cheryl Lingle, recipient of the 2026 Ozaukee Impact Legacy Award, chose Horizon Home Care & Hospice Grief Resource Center to be the recipient of the $200 nonprofit donation presented by Bank Five Nine and the Simplicity Foundation.

Horizon Grief Resource Center is Wisconsin’s only walk-in grief counseling center dedicated to grief, bereavement, and healing. Cheryl’s generous gift will help support their important work providing compassionate support to individuals navigating loss.

Congratulations again to Cheryl on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you for turning your award into an opportunity to give back to our community! 💙
