Free shredding event with the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce at the Aviation mall Sept. 26th. They will be collecting non-perishable food items, and hygiene products for donation.

Our annual FREE community shred event is coming up on Saturday 26th from 9-11:00 am at Aviation Mall. Bring your documents to be shredded on site in the parking lot at the mall. Just look for the Confidata truck 🚚

We are also collecting non-perishable food items, and hygiene products, for our nonprofit partner: Glens Falls Area Youth Center

Thank you to the folks at The Conkling Center for hosting Public Health Educator Katie B. on Tuesday for a conversation about preventing trips and falls. September is Fall Prevention Month, so the timing was perfect!

A bad fall can be a life-changer for older folks, and Katie went over a lot of the little-known risk that lead to fall-related injuries. Falls are a leading cause of hospitalization for senior citizens.
