Front Porch is a dynamic not-for-profit organization, dedicated to empowering individuals to live connected and fulfilled lives through community and innovation. In support of this vision, Front Porch provides quality, accessible and affordable human services to approximately 7,500 residents in 19 senior living and 32 affordable housing communities. Other programs and services connect more than 10,000 participants throughout the country.

Part of building our Front Porch culture is our 5 STAR College program. Each year, team members across Front Porch present a team-building workshop to their colleagues around a central theme. Not only do our STARs grow their public speaking, leadership and facilitation skills, they also bring everyone together for an afternoon of learning and fun. This year's theme "Be a Change-Maker" prepares our teams to collaborate and connect to create positive change.

Thank you to our incredible 2026 STARs for all of your hard work bringing these workshops to your peers! We have seen your growth and appreciate your dedication to building a strong Front Porch culture.

Our Home Match Front Porch program addresses the housing crisis by matching people looking for a place to live with those who have an extra room or ADU to share. Not only does this help people find housing but it also helps build community and connection.
