At SHOW-SAFE, we believe the future of our sport is built by supporting, encouraging, and celebrating young people who bring passion, dedication, and kindness to the dog show community.
This week, we're proud to recognize Rose as our Junior Spotlight!
🐾 What do you enjoy most about attending dog shows?
Rose loves attending dog shows to be with her friends, especially the friends that are more like family.
🐾 What made you fall in love with your breed?
Rose's Tibetan Spaniel was her birthday present when she turned 2. Rose and her dog have grown up together.

We're grateful for juniors who help make our dog show community stronger, more welcoming, and brighter for the future.

🐾 THE BEST PART OF DOG SHOWS ISN’T ALWAYS WHAT HAPPENS IN THE RING. 🐾
It’s the person who holds the door for you.
The friend who holds your dog while you grab something.
The junior who cheers for another junior.
The mentor who takes a few minutes to answer a question.
The stranger who tells you, “You and your dog looked great out there!”
The club member who notices someone sitting alone and invites them over.
Small moments can make a big difference.
Be the person who makes someone else’s dog-show weekend a little better.💚

💚 THANK YOU, CABRILLO KENNEL CLUB! 🐾
SHOW-SAFE would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Cabrillo Kennel Club for their continued Gold Level Club Membership.
CKC has been with us since the beginning, even hosting what was just our second junior education in Spring of 2025. Their generosity helps us continue providing education, resources, junior programming, and safety support to members of the dog-show community.

In their own words, “We support SHOW-SAFE as we always want the dog community to feel safe and connected to our club. Our members are always willing to help the community at our show or others we attend. We encourage giving back to the sport to ensure we have our passion for dogs well into the future.”
