Back to School Bash at the First United Methodist Church on the first day of August, 2026. We completed around 50 vision screenings that morning. Lion Lisa Hernandez, President Lion Robert Hieronymus, and Lion Janice Robertson are pictured. Thank you to all our community partners who showed up for the event.

In June the Lions Club of Georgetown was able to team up with Berea Lions Club, providing a total donation of 357 pairs of glasses (115 pairs of reading glasses and 242 pairs of single vision glasses) for the Berea Lions Club to use for mission work. Thank you to all who continue to donate glasses to our clubs so that we can pass them on and share the gift of sight.
