Congrats, grad! 🎓🥳 Bekah spent the past year interning at BraveHearts Equine Center under Barn Manager Maggie Fraley. All of her hard work has paid off, as she graduates from Locust Trace AgriScience Center this weekend!

New shoes for Dexter! 🧲🐴

Most of our horses are barefoot, except horses who need corrective shoeing. Dexter, our draft mule, is one of them who gets custom shoes.

He’s such a good boy ☺️

Because hooves support the animal's entire weight, absorb shock, and aid in circulation, regular maintenance is essential to prevent severe pain, joint strain, and irreversible lameness. Thank you to the Kentucky Horseshoeing School for working with our incredible BEC team to care for our herd! 💖🫶
