Please come on out to Jerry’s on Monday, March 20th. Our Citizen’s Police Academy Alumni will be having a fundraiser to support our CPAAA which in turn, supports our Paris Police Department. Come on out and eat with us 5:00 to 8:00. Again that is Monday, between the hours of 5:00 to 8:00, March 20th. You will be enjoying Jerry’s great food and helping our group. Hope to see you there!!!

Saturday, August 31 Paris – Bourbon First Responders will be hosting a softball tournament at Legion Park. Multiple teams from Paris/Bourbon County will take on multiple teams of first responders from Lexington. This will be a community event and we hope everyone will come out and support our Paris/Bourbon County teams. The softball tournament will begin at 8 am and is free to the public. There will be a free bounce house for children to play in; guardians will just need to sign a waiver to allow the child to play in the inflatable. First Responders will have touch a truck available for children and the public who are interested to have the opportunity to check out a cruiser, fire truck, and ambulance. Scott County is scheduled to bring their helicopter over to participate in the free touch a truck event. In addition to the free activities, first responders and city officials will be set up in a dunking booth where for a small fee the community will have the chance to dunk their favorite public official. Reasonably priced concessions will also be available. All proceeds will benefit Shop with a Hero.
