Join the Joshua Tree Community this Saturday, June 6, as we enjoy an evening of baseball, laughter, music, and entertainment at Northwestern Medicine Field in Geneva. We’ll be cheering on the and taking in all the fun that makes their games such a unique experience.

From audience participation and live entertainment to plenty of memorable moments, it’s a night that’s sure to bring smiles all around. Most importantly, it’s another opportunity for our community to come together, build friendships, and enjoy a great summer evening focused on kindness, inclusion, and family!

Happy New Year from all of us at Joshua Tree Community! 💚

As we step into a new year, we’re taking a moment to look back at everything our community experienced together in 2025. From community outings and volunteer projects to wellness classes, creative programs, local partnerships, and even a wedding, each day was thoughtfully planned with learning, connection, and fun at the center.

We believe great ideas grow when they’re shared, and we’re proud to see the experiences we plan influencing programs beyond our own, helping create more meaningful days for adults with intellectual disabilities throughout our community.

Thank you to our participants, families, partners, and supporters for being part of a year filled with meaningful moments. We’re excited to continue learning, growing, and creating together in the year ahead.

December is almost over, and there’s still time to support something we’re really grateful for. 💚

The Bourbon Belly Hospitality Group selected Joshua Tree Community as their Charity of the Month, and throughout December a portion of sales from the Burger of the Month and Cocktail of the Month are donated to support our program.

Today we took part in our very first health and wellness class with , and it was a great opportunity for our group to try something new and learn more about the importance of staying active for our health. 💚💪

Our participants enjoyed learning new movements, participating in simple fitness activities in a supportive setting, and seeing how fun it can be to build healthy habits together. Outlaw Strength created an inclusive and encouraging class where everyone could join in comfortably and feel proud of their progress.

We are lifelong learners here, and opportunities like this help our participants build confidence, stay active, and enjoy meaningful moments as a community. Thank you, Outlaw Strength Training, for a great first class — we are excited for what comes next!
