Food insecurity doesn't stop over the holidays, In fact, for many families, the need intensifies as winter weather causes home heating bills and demand for warm coats and boots to spike.
Executive Women's Council members recently came together with family and friends to pull, pack and prepare food for distribution at Northern Illinois Food Bank's Geneva headquarters. With help from family and friends, Kristine Fletcher, Tracey Gorrell and Stephanie Taylor prepped more than 51,000 meals in just one shift!
