Great showing at Gainesville Pride Fest today. The booths may be down, but the festivities are not over. For the adults that are younger and more energetic than me, you can hear great music and watch amazing Queens perform at the UC (moved from Bo Didley thanks to the rain) Thank you to everyone that came to help out at the PFLAG booth and to everyone who stopped to visit, picked up some SWAG, and made donations. Thank you to Pride Community Center for all the hard work in getting this event together.

Just so you all know, it’s 2025 and a lot has changed. Hi, I’m Cheryl Kaplan, a board member. We meet every 2nd Tuesday now at the Pride Center. Our next meeting is December 9th at 7 pm 2025 and we will celebrate the holiday. Asking that you bring a finger food snack. We will have a support group as needed, as this is a time fraught with stress! See you then.
