Do we have any local high school English, History, or Civics teachers here? 👋 A former PEAK volunteer is working with Northwestern University on a project centered around helping students build healthy disagreement and discussion skills in the classroom.

They’re hoping to connect with teachers for a casual 30–40 minute conversation to better understand the challenges educators are facing today.

The GAPP Lab at the University of Florida is looking for children ages 7–12 to participate in a research study focused on reading and learning.

Kids will participate in fun computer-based games while researchers learn more about how the reading brain works. Participants can earn up to $30 for completing the study.

This research aims to help improve understanding and future support for children with reading difficulties and dyslexia. Check out the flyer for more information 💙

🎉 We’re honored to be a 2026 Cox Charities Grant Recipient!

This support is especially meaningful because it represents the collective generosity of employees who choose to give through payroll contributions.

Thanks to this funding, PEAK will be able to provide daily tutoring for 20 students at Westwood Middle School throughout the entire 2026/27 school year.
