Pre Shot Thought with Travis Woolf🏌️
CGF Central - Fort Worth, TX

This week’s thought comes from Proverbs 21:31.
“The horse is made ready for battle, but victory rests with the Lord.”

Preparing for a tournament, putting the work in, doing the things you can control, and trusting the Lord with the outcome. That doesn’t mean trusting Jesus guarantees the win. If everybody who trusted got the win, nobody would know what’s actually going to happen. But you can do your preparation, then go trust. The results are in God’s hands.

So when you’re nervous on the tee shot, remember, God’s plan is still God’s plan. Trust it, and rip it!

Pre Shot Thought with André Garcia 🏌️
CGF Central - Houston, TX

This week’s thought comes from John 19:30.
“It is finished.”

Perfection was wrapped up in Him and what He has done with His life. What he did was enough to satisfy what you’re always trying to do and long for within yourself.

That’s the freedom to go play. Your life is secure in the finished work of Christ! ✝️

Pre Shot Thought with States 🏌️
CGF East - Myrtle Beach, SC

This week’s thought comes from Colossians 3:23.
“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”

The gifts and talents you’ve got were given to you by the Lord, and He’s given you great things to do with them. Every rep, every qualifying round, that’s you going and doing something with what He’s given you. 🤝
