10079 S. Beltline Rd to build 12 single family 🏡!

Perfect timing! INSPIRING YOU TO GREATNESS NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION has received five approvals this month!!!

These homes are exclusively for the graduates of the Pathway To Homeownership
Mortgage Readiness Program sponsored by Cadence Bank under the mortgage advisory of Kip Dixon our Preferred Lender!

The Pathway To Homeownership Program is held every third Saturday!

Celebrate with INSPIRING YOU TO GREATNESS NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION because the approved the replatting so contruction can start to create more sustainable housing!

Now, permits can be approved and construction can start building in the great district 8 of Lorie B. off Bonnie View and I-20!

The City of Dallas planning and zoning under the direction of CIty Planning Commissioner Gregory Franklin completed the approval in less than five minutes with no questions!

That means it’s no question how important this project is to !

INSPIRING YOU TO GREATNESS NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION builds homes for those that need them most including the disabled, veterans, and essential workers!

Of the 36 first time home buyers who graduated from Pathway To Homeownership Mortgage Readiness Program; 20 have closed on their homes and 15 more will! This makes 14 to go! INSPIRING YOU TO GREATNESS NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION already owns all the lots needed for construction!

INSPIRING YOU TO GREATNESS NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is grateful to Bank OZK for the excellent round table with entrepreneurs!

Bank OZK RUBEN RANGEL met with entrepreneurs in a one-on-one setting to understand their businesses and coach them on what to do to advance their capacity, increase their revenue and build their relationship with Bank OZK.

Tammie Marceleño met with the nonprofit organizations such as Trinity Enrichment Nonprofit Organization under the direction of Executive Director Tiffany Williams who works with youth aging out of foster care to obtain educational resources, gainful employment and housing along with soft skills, life skills, life coaching and skills for living.

Maggie Espindola captured all of this while also facilitating session one. Thank you Maggie!
