The Amila Rey Foundation provides support and resources to under served children and families in our community.

Founded in 2019 to honor our precious girl, Amila Rey, we work to share all of the goodness that she brought into our lives with others.

Starting December with a grateful heart. 💛
Thank you to everyone who showed up so quickly to help make Amila’s birthday wish come true. Because of you, we were able to donate over 60 toys to the Youth for Christ Teen Parent Program, and $1,000 from the PS5 raffle was donated directly to support their work.

There is still so much good in the world, and we’re committed to carrying out Amila’s mission of sharing joy within our community.

We dropped off 500 diapers, 3,000 wipes, and 5 cans of formula for Father Hannibal’s House in Sanger today.

Eight feels so big. I can’t believe you’ve been gone so long, and yet you still feel so close to my heart. The words I miss you will always feel inadequate. I hope you’re enjoying all the best parts of heaven today, rainbows, sparkle, sunshine, cupcakes, and fun.

Sharing joy comes in many forms - through the kids, through our close friends, through our loving families and through our supporters. Today Amila surprised us, yet again, and presented us with her warm guiding lights and rainbow overhead. Seeing as it was her 7th angel-versary, we were in awe of her perfect presence. Thank you for helping us surpass our goal, thank you for showing up, thank you for standing with us in sharing joy — always.

This year’s Angel Babies Walk falls on May 3rd, the same day we mark seven years since Amila became an angel. Seven is also God’s holy number—a symbol of completeness and divine perfection. While this day will be incredibly hard for us, having your support means everything.

To honor Amila, we’ve set our biggest fundraising goal yet—$3,777. Every dollar helps us continue supporting the angel babies program and families walking a similar path.

If you can’t join us in person, we hope you’ll consider making a donation of any amount to help us reach our goal.
