On May 2, 2026, more than 1,000 participants gathered at Woodward Park for the 22nd Annual Angel Babies Walk/Run, one of Hinds LifeCare’s most cherished community events. Families, friends, sponsors, donors, volunteers, staff, and community partners came together to honor and remember babies lost during pregnancy or infancy, walking for the steps their children will never take and reminding grieving families that they are not alone.
More than a fundraiser, the Walk/Run is a meaningful tradition that brings the community together through remembrance, connection, and hope. Together, this year’s event raised nearly $97,000 to support the Angel Babies program and grief services for families throughout Fresno, Madera, and Merced Counties. The success of the event was truly a team effort, made possible by the generosity and dedication of everyone who showed up in support of local families.
