The Chamber currently represents member firms coming from business, government, agriculture and industry in the region and also includes several firms located outside our area but committed to doing business in Monmouth County. Most importantly, however, the Chamber is PEOPLE working together for economic development and community enrichment. The power of the Chamber is harnessed through the collective action of the members who work through a committee structure to achieve established goals.

Join us tomorrow evening for FC Monmouth Community Night at Count Basie Park in Red Bank, NJ!

We are hosting a free pre-match networking tailgate at 5:30 PM, followed by the FC Monmouth vs. SJEB FC match at 7:00 PM. It’s a great opportunity to connect with local professionals, support our community, and enjoy an evening of local soccer.

🏆 Congratulations to Middletown Elks Lodge 2179! 🏆
The Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce is incredibly proud to honor the Middletown Elks Lodge as our 2026 Beacon of Excellence — Beacon of Hope Award Honoree!

Founded in 1960, this cornerstone of community service has spent more than six decades living out one powerful motto: "Elks Care – Elks Share." With a dedicated membership of 500 strong, their impact is felt across every corner of our community.

From donating televisions to the newly opened Middletown Veterans Village and hosting solemn Flag Day and Memorial Day services, to delivering food and gifts to dozens of local families during the holiday season — the Elks show up, every single time. Their youth programs, including Hoop Shoots, soccer camps, and sports equipment donations to local schools, are investing in the next generation of our community.

This is also a historic chapter for the Lodge as they proudly welcome their first female officers — bringing renewed energy, perspective, and heart to their already extraordinary mission. Through vital committees like Americanism, Youth Activities, and Special Needs Children, there is truly a place for everyone to serve.

As President and Chief Hospital Executive at Hackensack Meridian Bayshore Medical Center, Caitlin leads with an unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and patient experience. Under her visionary leadership, Bayshore Medical Center has earned recognition as one of America's Top 250 Hospitals by Healthgrades, achieved top safety ratings from the Leapfrog Group, and secured redesignation as a MAGNET facility for nursing excellence.

Beginning her journey at Bayshore in 2014 as a staff nurse, Caitlin rose through the ranks to Vice President of Operations before assuming the presidency — a true testament to her dedication and drive. She championed the $48 million Dr. Robert H. Harris Emergency Care Center and has transformed clinical quality, patient access, and community care along the way.

Her outstanding leadership has earned her widespread recognition, including Becker's "Woman Presidents & CEOs to Know" (twice!), NJBIZ "Forty Under 40," and ATHENA Award finalist honors.

The Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce is incredibly proud to honor NJBCA as our 2026 President’s Beacon of Distinction Award Honoree!

Since 1910, this historic nonprofit has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people who are blind, visually impaired, or experiencing vision loss across New Jersey. Through education, socialization, and powerful community support, they help participants build the confidence and skills needed to lead independent, self-sufficient lives.
