Neighborhood Connections to Health is a growing coalition of community partners interested in addressing the multiple factors that influence health. We are building this coalition in the Greater Freehold Area to grow and connect the collective power of leaders, partners, and community members to work together and enhance opportunities for healthy living.

November is Lung Cancer Awareness month. 🎗️🫁 Join Ocean Monmouth Health Alliance and partners at the upcoming Turkey Smoke Out to help raise awareness and get healthy food. 🦃🥗 Come check out our inflatable lung display! 🎈🌬️ Neighborhood Connections to Health and Fulfill are hosting the mobile food pantry, featuring Thanksgiving turkeys and other healthy food. 🚜🍎 To***co Free for a Healthy NJ will be there with free help to quit smoking, and CentraState Medical Center is offering free lung screenings. 🚭🏥 Check out the attached flyer and please spread the word. 📢📄 OMHA and CEED will also be scheduling cancer screenings. 🗓️🩺
