October 30, 2019, is a date that forever holds a place in the story of Stephanie Nicole Parze and the lives she touched.

Seven years have passed, yet Stephanie's name continues to be spoken, her memory continues to be cherished, and her legacy continues to touch lives.

Today, we remember Stephanie. We honor the memories she left behind, and the love that will always surround her.

The Stephanie Nicole Parze Foundation exists to carry forward a mission rooted in love, awareness, education, and hope. Through this work, we strive to make a difference in the lives of others while honoring Stephanie's memory.

As we remember Stephanie today and tomorrow, we invite our community to take a moment to remember her and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

💜 CARE BAGS, HOPE & NEW BEGINNINGS 💜

A heartfelt THANK YOU to all of Steph’s Angels and our amazing community volunteers who donated their time and hard work to help assemble our Care Bags! 🦋💜

Through the Stephanie Nicole Parze Foundation’s Care Bag Program, we provide bags filled with everyday essentials to individuals and families staying in safe houses and shelters across 7 New Jersey counties.

Each bag represents more than just necessities — it represents compassion, support, and a reminder that no one has to start over alone. Together, we are helping individuals and families take steps toward a fresh start and a brighter future. 💜

We are so grateful to everyone who continues to give their time, hearts, and energy to help us make a difference in our community. Every act of kindness matters!

The Stephanie Nicole Parze Foundation’s Circle of Angels Program is a peer-led support group for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, providing an opportunity to connect with others who understand the journey toward healing.

Through support, connection, education, and empowerment, we hope to remind every survivor that they are not alone and that healing is possible. 🦋💜

The Freehold Borough Halloween Spooktacular Parade will be on October 25th starting at 1pm. The SNPF will be out there in force with our angels giving out candy, and walking with our vehicles all decked out for the event. Come out and see us as we support us and the community, while we spread awareness while having some fun.

💜 THE SILENT WITNESS DISPLAY BEGINS TODAY 💜

Today marks the beginning of the public display of the New Jersey State Police's inaugural Silent Witness Silhouettes honoring Casey Power and Stephanie Parze.
The display will be available October 20–23 at the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex in Trenton.

These silhouettes serve as a reminder of the lives impacted by domestic violence and the importance of continuing to raise awareness.
We remember. We honor. We stand together.

💜🦋 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH
Sometimes, the Most Powerful Thing You Can Do Is Listen.

You may never know what someone is going through behind closed doors.

The person who always smiles. The friend who has become distant. The coworker who seems different lately. Sometimes, people are carrying burdens they aren't ready or able to share.

During Domestic Violence Awareness Month, let's remember that supporting someone doesn't require having all the answers. Sometimes, it simply means listening without judgment, offering kindness, and reminding someone that they are not alone.

💜 Believe someone when they confides in you.
💜 Offer support without pressure.
💜 Respect their choices and their journey.
💜 Learn the warning signs of domestic violence.
💜 Help create a community where asking for help is met with compassion, not judgment.

Leaving an abusive situation can be complicated, and everyone's circumstances are different. We can make a difference by offering patience, understanding, and support without placing blame.

The Stephanie Nicole Parze Foundation remains committed to raising awareness, educating our communities, and helping make a difference in the lives of those affected by domestic violence.

More Stephanie’s Sanctuaries are coming soon. 💙

Stephanie’s Sanctuary was created to provide victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse with a comfortable, safe, and non-threatening space during an incredibly difficult time. These newly renovated rooms are designed to offer a calmer environment where victims, law enforcement officers, and responding advocates can decompress and work through the situation with greater comfort and privacy.

Each Sanctuary is furnished and stocked by the Stephanie Nicole Parze Foundation at no cost to the participating agency, with essentials such as clothing, water, snacks, phone charging stations, children’s items, and helpful informational resources. The Foundation’s goal is to establish Stephanie’s Sanctuaries in as many facilities as possible throughout New Jersey and beyond.
