See you this Thursday 8/20 at 5:30 for the 12th annual M&S Flooring “Walk With A Purpose” fundraiser. They will be collecting non-perishable food items and monetary donations for the pantry at the event. Come see us, bring a donation, enjoy some fellowship and good food! 👟🥫🍔

HEAP mobile unit will be at Franklin Area Community Services tomorrow (7/30) from 12-3, enrolling eligible community members in our Summer Crisis Program.

The Summer Crisis Program assists low-income households that have a disconnection notice, have been shut off, are trying to establish new service on their electric bill, require air conditioning, or those with a person 60 years or older living in the home who can provide physician documentation that cooling assistance is needed for their health.

To qualify for assistance, Ohioans must have a gross income at or below 175 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines for a family of up to seven members, and 60 percent of the State Median Income for a family of eight or more members.

No appointment is necessary, but documentation is required.

Hi Springboro, Franklin, and Carlisle! We are in need of brown grocery bags. After unloading your groceries, please consider donating any brown paper bags to us. We will happily accept with or without handles as long as they are not ripped and clean for reuse.
They can be dropped off M-F 8:30-3 or Wednesday evenings 5-7 at 345 S. Main Street in Franklin.

HEAP Mobile Unit - Tomorrow in our parking lot 12-3pm. Bring your required paperwork and get that needed electric assistance through their Summer Crisis Program! If you live in the Franklin, Springboro, or Carlisle area and you need food assistance as well, pop on in and see us while you’re there! 🙂

Thank you Franklin Area Historical Society, Franklin, OH for awarding us “Outstanding” in the America 250 decorating contest.

What started as a decorating contest quickly became so much more to us. The big excitement over this being a major anniversary for our country, the honor of having so many volunteers that bravely served her, and some of us having loved ones serving currently led to an overwhelming sense of pride when we saw the pantry windows illuminated in red, white, and blue. A small flag with a single blue star waved gallantly beside our lantern, representing those of us missing our brave service members. It was a special thing.

Huge thanks to one of our newest volunteers, Anderson Davis, a student at Springboro High School, who helped make our vision come to life. We appreciate you, Anderson!

Need help with those electric bills? Warren County Community Services, Inc. (WCCS) is here to help!

The 2026 Summer Crisis Program begins TOMORROW! The HEAP Mobile Unit will be back at the pantry twice a month beginning Thursday, July 16th. NO appointment needed but you do need to have the appropriate paperwork to ensure enrollment goes smoothly. Please see below for what is needed as well as the dates they will be at our pantry.
