We welcome positive volunteers who're excited about possibilities, who aren’t waiting for someone else to make things happen, and who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Forever Franklin Incorporated is a non-profit organization founded in 2017 to revitalize Franklin, Ohio's historic downtown area into an event and retail destination. The group is composed of volunteers and includes downtown b

usiness owners, community members, and reps from stakeholder groups like the school district, chamber of commerce, the library, and the city. Our goal is to improve a community that we love and to make Franklin a great place to live, work, play, and visit. We’re following the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Main Street program, a four-point approach to revitalization. The focus is promotion and marketing, design and beautification, economic development, and organization of the district as a whole. We welcome positive volunteers who are excited about possibilities, who aren’t waiting for someone else to make things happen, and who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

BIG NEWS! This page has been quiet, but we've been working on an exciting project that we can now share!

Downtown Franklin is now on the National Register of Historic Places!! We received the notification from the National Park Service last week. The Franklin Historic District is roughly bounded by West 1st, South Main, and Sixth Streets, and the Great Miami River.

We are excited to receive this designation as revitalization work continues in downtown Franklin.
