FCS Elementary PTO is the PTO for grades K-5 in Franklin, OH.

Over the last weeks we've discussed and voted to have 1 PTO over the Elementary buildings with a 5 Person Board (Co-presidents, a VP/Secretary Role, and Co-treasurers). In last week's meeting the following people were nominated for the new board. Tomorrow at 5:30pm we are meeting at Grace Cafe to vote. If you are unable to vote in person, please let me know, and I can email you a proxy ballot due by 530pm tomorrow. Once the board is established, we can develop bylaws and focus on the new school year. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

If anyone is interested in helping/holding a position in PTO next year, we will be having a meeting next Thursday 5/16 at 6pm at Grace Cafe (across from the new high school) to vote on 1 PTO or 2 PTOs moving forward, and nominations for board/chairperson positions. We encourage anyone who is interested in learning more to attend. Feel free to message us with questions

We finished up with Santa Shop today ! Thank you to all of the parents that sent money with their children so they could shop, they had so much fun !

We also wanted to shout out Firehouse Balloons & Workshop for this AMAZING balloon arch they donated to us to set up for pictures with Santa ! It was beautiful and we are so very appreciative ! If you need a balloon arch for any event or occasion, make sure you get it from them !
