Franklin, Carlisle Rotary Club Service Above Self! The FSC Rotary Club provides scholarships, dictionaries to third graders, citizenship awards, and engages in community service.

Rotary is an international service organization with 1.2 million members in 34,000 local clubs who work locally and abroad to support education and job training, provide clean water, combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, and eradicate polio.

Franklin Rotary welcomed Jodi Stone (left) and Jennifer Stacy (right) from Warren County Children Services to talk about their Foster Care program.
We also donated 20 fleece blankets to give out to the kids they serve. When a child has to go into foster care, a warm blanket to call their own is a soothing gift.
