Warrior Ruck

06/07/2026

As we continue to wrap up another incredible Warrior Ruck, we wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU.

To our sponsors, volunteers, supporters, and community. Your generosity, belief in our mission, and willingness to give back continue to amaze us year after year.

A special thank you to the Frankfort VFW Post 1493 for once again hosting us and providing a place where our community can come together in support of our veterans and first responders.

Thank you to the Frankfort Fire Department for always being there, ensuring our participants stay safe and cared for throughout the day. Your support never goes unnoticed.

Most importantly, thank you to every participant who showed up and rucked with us. Whether you came to honor a loved one, support a veteran or first responder who needed a little extra help, challenge yourself, or simply because you love to ruck and enjoy the camaraderie, you are the reason this event means so much. It would not be the same without every single one of you.

The Warrior Ruck continues to get bigger and better every year, and that's because of this amazing community.

We also want to thank the Reel Warriors Foundation for believing in us and allowing us to become our own chapter. Because of that partnership, the majority of the funds raised now stay right here in our local community, allowing us to directly support veterans and first responders when they need it most.

Since the ruck, we have already completed our third Lake Michigan fishing trip thanks to the incredible team at Thin Blue Line Fishing. The veterans and first responders who attended had an amazing day on the water, and we're grateful for opportunities like these that help strengthen connections and support mental wellness.

If you know a veteran or first responder who could benefit from a Reel Warriors trip or future Warrior Ruck events, please send us a message. We would be honored to add them to our list and help get them connected.

We're still waiting on a few sponsor contributions to come in, but we're proud to share that this community has already helped raise:

Over $8,000 through raffles and apparel sales during the Warrior Ruck
Over $17,000 through registrations and donations

The level of support we've received has been truly humbling. Thank you for believing in this mission and for helping us make a real difference in the lives of those who have served our communities and our country.

We're just getting started. With these funds staying local, we have plans for even more events, and to support our veterans and first responders throughout the year.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

The WARRIOR RUCK is on Saturday May 30, 2026. It includes the following events: WARRIOR RUCK and AFTER PARTY ONLY.

05/26/2026

Started off Memorial Day weekend with our Fusion girls working their butts off, overcoming a tough loss in our first pool play game, battling back, taking the championship, and earning their bid to Nationals. I couldn’t be more proud of this team, how much they’ve grown, and the heart they play with every single game.

Spent some much needed lake time with our best friends at K***z Lake, making memories that remind you what life is really about.

Today, though it was hot and we were all exhausted… and maybe hanging just a little bit… but we completed the Murph as a family. There were moments when both Teagan and Tessa thought about only doing half.

Before we started, we had a conversation about what Memorial Day truly means.

I explained to them that today is about honoring, cherishing, reflecting, and remembering the brave men and women who fought without hesitation for all of us… and who willingly sacrificed their lives so we can live freely in the greatest fu***ng country on the planet.

I told them who Lt. Michael Murphy was. What he stood for. What the Murph represents.

It’s not designed to be fun. It’s not designed to be easy. It’s designed to hurt.

It’s designed to make you struggle. But most importantly, it’s designed to be completed in its entirety. The pain represents sacrifice. And in that pain… in that struggle… we feel them, we honor them, we remember them, and we grow because of them.

So… the dug deep, they embraced the suck, and we all completed and under 60 minutes.

So in true fashion pop, I know they made you proud. I embraced their last name.

We finished the night with family dinner, full hearts, and gratitude for the life we’re blessed to live because others gave everything.

Finally, to my brothers and sisters who I will never forget…

Matt Manoukian
Sky Mote
Ryan Jeschke
Josh Ashley
Dan Price
Jamie Lujan
and “Shiza”

Never above you.Never below you.Always beside you.

Till Valhalla. 🇺🇸

WHY WE RUCK

We ruck to connect with our heroes.
Those who served. Those who sacrificed. Those who never made it home.

We ruck to embrace just a small piece of the pain and discomfort they carried—
not because we have to… but because they did.

We ruck to suffer together.
To remind one another that no one is alone.
That we are here. That we care. That we’re willing to carry the weight with you—if you would only let us.

And the truth is—
you don’t need to carry a heavy pack to be part of this.

You just have to show up.

Walk what you can.
Stand with us.
Be present.
Show your support.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do…
is simply not let someone walk alone.

We ruck for the conversations that need to happen.
For the brothers and sisters still fighting battles no one can see.
For the families who carry loss every single day.

This isn’t just miles.
This is purpose.
This is connection.
This is how we honor them.
