Indigenous Peoples Day

Today we celebrate the people who first called this land home. We remember the struggles and tragedies they endured.
We honor their place in and contributions to the shared story of America.

Ways to Engage: Meaningful recognition includes learning about the native lands you reside on, reading Indigenous-authored literature, supporting Native-owned businesses, and participating in community-led events.

Today we honor Saint Francis of Assisi, a beautiful example of humility, compassion, and love for all of God’s creation. May his life remind us to live simply, care for one another, cherish the beauty around us, and be instruments of peace wherever we go.
Happy Feast Day of Saint Francis! 🙏🙏🙏
