Back-to-School Traffic Returns Next Week
With students heading back to school, everyone traveling through Fountain Inn should prepare for increased traffic — particularly during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.
Even if you aren't headed to a school, your regular commute may be impacted. We encourage motorists to allow extra travel time and consider alternate routes around school areas during peak times.
The Fountain Inn Police Department will once again use the same traffic-flow pattern for Fountain Inn Elementary School that was used last year.
🚸 Slow down in school zones
🚌 Watch for school buses
👟 Be alert for students and pedestrians
🚗 Avoid school traffic areas when possible if they aren't part of your destination
💙 Give your neighbors a little extra patience
