CFI Executive Director Toni Merced recently visited Morris Brown College to connect with our incredible Chapman Scholars participating in the CFI x SHEEN Magazine Immersion Workshop.

Through this unique experience, our scholars are learning firsthand what it takes to produce a large-scale event and award show, working alongside the team behind the SHEEN Magazine Awards.

From event planning and production to ex*****on and everything happening behind the scenes, these students are gaining real-world experience, professional exposure, and skills that will help prepare them for their futures.

It was a pleasure meeting with this amazing group of students, hearing their perspectives, and learning more about their experience in the program.

At CFI, we don’t just open doors, we create opportunities for our scholars to walk through them. 💙✨

Join us at Tata’s & Tequila Casino Night for an unforgettable evening where luxury, entertainment, philanthropy, and art collide, and experience José Luis R. Tapia’s gallery and his incredible live body-painting tribute in action.

Art is more than what José Luis R. Tapia creates, it is a gift he believes was given to him by Jesus.

His work lives in the space where natural, abstract, and realism collide, creating pieces that feel both deeply intentional and completely free. His canvas becomes a place where emotion, movement, nature, and the human experience can exist together.

And this year, we’re bringing that vision to life at Tata’s & Tequila Casino Night.

José Luis will take his artistry from the canvas to the human body in a powerful live tribute to Breast Cancer Awareness, creating a visual representation of the body’s incredible ability to heal, repair, endure, and survive.

This is what the Chapman Foundation, Inc. (CFI) Summer Camp is all about, investing in our children today so they can build a stronger tomorrow. 🫶🏽

From STEAM activities and hands-on learning to creativity, friendships, laughter, and new experiences, we’re creating a space where children can learn, dream, explore, and believe in what’s possible.

Because education isn’t just about what happens in a classroom. It’s about giving a child the confidence to say, “I can.” 💫

Yesterday laid the foundation.
Today is where we plant the seeds. 🌱
Tomorrow is where our children will make their impact. 🚀

Every summer, The Slice shows up for CFI Summer Camp and makes sure our campers get to enjoy one of their favorite things ….. PIZZA! 🍕🔥

Year after year, they continue to pour into our kids, support our mission, and help us create a summer camp experience filled with fun, food, laughter, and unforgettable memories. 🥹💙

🌱💚 Tiny greens. HUGE impact!

Our Chapman campers had an amazing time with the incredible team at JTP Microgreens, learning how microgreens are grown, why they’re packed with nutrients, and how these powerful little greens become a key ingredient in Genie Juice Supreme Greens! 🍋✨

The excitement really kicked in when the campers discovered they were learning about the same fresh microgreens found inside Genie Juice Supreme Greens, and then got to taste it for themselves! 🤩🥤 Watching them connect the farm-to-bottle journey made this experience even more meaningful.

At Chapman Foundation, we love creating opportunities that make healthy living fun, hands-on, and unforgettable. Thank you, JTP Microgreens, for helping our campers see that big health benefits can come from the smallest greens—and thank you, Genie Juice, for turning those fresh, nutrient-rich microgreens into the delicious Supreme Greens our community loves! 💚🌱
