The first day of school is almost here! Tuesday, August 11th begins another exciting year at Bryson Elementary, and we can’t wait to see where this adventure takes our Bears! ✏️📓

As we kick off the 2026–2027 school year, we invite parents, grandparents, teachers, staff, and community members to JOIN THE BRYSON ELEMENTARY PTA!

💙✨ SHOWING APPRECIATION FOR OUR BRYSON BEAR TEACHERS & STAFF! ✨💙

Last week, May 4th–8th, we celebrated Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week and had the opportunity to show our incredible Bryson Elementary teachers and staff just how much they are appreciated!

Throughout the week, the PTA provided a few special treats to help say THANK YOU for all the love, hard work, patience, and dedication shown to our Bryson Bears every single day.

💛 Monday
Teachers and staff enjoyed a delicious lunch from Tropical Grille along with seasonal cookies for dessert and a variety of drinks including tea, lemonade, and bottled waters. We are especially thankful for the wonderful volunteers who helped cover lunches so teachers could relax and enjoy their meal!

💙 Wednesday
A breakfast spread filled with assorted pastries, brownie bites, cookies, and a variety of grapes was provided along with tea, lemonade, fruit punch, and bottled waters.

💛 Friday
Grab-and-go snacks included pretzels, Chex Mix, granola bars, cookies, and trail mix. Hydration options included bottled waters, LMNT flavor packets, and pineapple-flavored Salud hydration & immunity packets.

The Bryson Elementary PTA is so grateful for the continued dedication, encouragement, and care our teachers and staff pour into our students each day. Your impact reaches far beyond the classroom, and we appreciate everything you do for our Bryson Bears!

Bryson Elementary’s Bear Fair is coming up on Friday, May 15th, and it takes MORE THAN 100 AMAZING VOLUNTEERS to make this night such a huge success!

From games and inflatables to helping families, setting up, cleaning up, and keeping the fun going — every helping hand makes a difference! Whether you can volunteer for one hour or the whole event, we would LOVE to have you join the fun.

🌟 Need volunteer hours for Beta Club or National Honor Society? This is a GREAT opportunity to earn service hours while supporting an amazing community event!

Mark your calendars! Bear Fair is happening on Friday, May 15th from 5:00 – 8:00 PM, bringing an evening of fun, games, and unforgettable memories for our Bryson Bears!

This event is made possible thanks to the generosity of our amazing Bryson Elementary community. We are gratefully accepting monetary donations to help purchase prizes, supplies, and activities. If you’d prefer, we also welcome donations of bulk candies like bubble gum, lollipops, Tootsie Rolls, or Smarties.

Ways to Contribute:
🔹 Send a monetary donation in a labeled envelope with your child.
🔹 Donate candy—just send it in with your child, and a PTA member will collect it.
