NST Staff Retreat: Reflecting, Recharging, and Reaching Forward
We just wrapped up our very first NST staff retreat—and what an incredible experience it was! Getting away together gave us the space to reflect on all God accomplished through Next Steps Today in 2025 and to set our sights on where He’s leading us in 2026.

From powerful moments of prayer and reflection to deep conversations about our mission, this retreat was a time to bond as a team, strengthen our unity, and align each department’s targets for the first two quarters of the new year. We left recharged, inspired, and ready to serve with even greater purpose.

We’re excited for what 2026 holds for this ministry, our staff, and the men and families we serve. Grateful for the team God has brought together to lead this work—here’s to another year of transformation, brotherhood, and impact!
