Advising Generation Z supports, equips and empowers young people ages 10-26 to become the best versions of themselves. Through four programs we provide group mentoring sessions, school assemblies, workshops, professional development, family engagement, and distant learning opportunities.

Last week, Youth Justice and Street Outreach teams came together for regional cross-sector collaboration training through the Connect & Protect grant amplifying the wOrk of SPD. We're not just talking about the generational workforce shift — we're preparing for it.

On September 15, 2010, Advising Generation Z was launched with a bold vision: to disrupt traditional approaches to youth behavior and unlock the leadership potential in every young person.

Fifteen years later, we’ve evolved into a multi-state movement powered by six core programs—ranging from digital behavior platforms and restorative justice frameworks to STEAM innovation and mentorship summits. We’ve partnered with schools, juvenile systems, faith communities, and business leaders to build safer schools, stronger communities, and a workforce ready for 2030.

This milestone isn’t just a celebration. It’s a call to stay connected, informed, and inspired.
