Caroline Furnace Lutheran Camp & Retreat Center Set in the Massanutten Mountain of the Shenandoah Valley, Caroline Furnace is a place for groups to come together to meet God in God's creation.

Serving the Lord since 1957, we are a Lutheran Summer Camp and year-round Retreat Center. Our main property rests on nearly 250 acres in Fort Valley, VA, where we have a Cabin Village, Sukkah Village, Farmhouse and meeting facilities, as well as a network of trails with established campfire sites, a low ropes Community Development Course, and a lake. We invite you to be part of our ministry!

For generations, campers have gathered in Moyer Lodge to share meals, laughter, and memories. Built in 1965, the lodge is still home to much of the original kitchen equipment, including the Hobart dishwasher that has been faithfully running for nearly 60 years!
