Main Street Alabama is affiliated with the National Main Street Center and utilizes the proven Main Street Four-Point Approach® to help communities organize themselves for success,
improve the design of their neighborhoods, promote their districts, and enhance their economic base. Fort Payne Main Street is a 501c6 volunteer organization, that depends on citizens to make things happen. We are governed by a volunteer board of directors who represent a diverse cross section of our city, and who chair the various committees that make up the Main Street program, which are: Organization, Promotion, Design and Economic Restructuring.
