Meet Timothy, one of LARC’s future culinary graduates!
Over the past four months, Timothy has been on a journey of learning, growing, and discovering new possibilities through LARC’s Culinary Arts Training Program!
From developing essential kitchen skills to gaining hands-on experience, Timothy has had the opportunity to build a strong foundation for a future in the food and hospitality industry.
With graduation just around the corner, Timothy is preparing to take what he’s learned and explore the opportunities ahead!
Four months of hard work, new experiences, and valuable lessons. For Timothy, graduation isn't the finish line, it's just the beginning of what's possible!

History comes alive outside the classroom!
LARC individuals took their learning and history lessons on the road with a visit to the Edison and Ford Winter Estates!
Fun Fact: Thomas Edison first visited Fort Myers in 1885 and loved it so much he purchased land along the Caloosahatchee River to build his winter retreat!
