The Gold Vault Chapter of the Adjutant General’s Corps Regimental Association recently hosted a highly successful HR Symposium, bringing together Army human resources professionals from across the force for a morning of collaboration, professional development, and shared learning. The event began with a breakfast providing attendees the opportunity to network and reconnect before transitioning into formal briefings and professional discussions.
The symposium opened with remarks from MG Hope Rampy and CSM Michael Jackson, who emphasized the importance of collaboration and information sharing across the Army HR enterprise. Their comments set the stage for a series of insightful updates from key Army HR organizations.
Attendees received valuable briefs from representatives across the HR community, including the Soldier Support Institute, The Adjutant General Directorate, Department of the Army Secretariat, U.S. Army Recruiting Command, U.S. Army Reserve, Office of the Chief of Army Reserve, Reserve Personnel Management Directorate, and Military Personnel Management Directorate.
The symposium saw strong participation, with 50 attendees joining in person and nearly 200 additional participants dialing in via Microsoft Teams. This broad engagement highlighted the value of the event as a platform to connect with fellow HR professionals, exchange critical updates, and strengthen the shared mission of supporting Soldiers and Army Families across all components.
