During our 13 October 2015 meeting we presented YouthBuild Louisville with a check to further the great work they do with providing education, counseling and job skills to unemployed young adults (between ages 16 and 24).

IMPORTANT SHOWTIME UPDATE - Roadside clean-up scheduled for 17 October 2015 start time is 0900 at the Marathon Gas Station. Breakfast will be provided for the volunteers at the Vine Grove VFW at 0830. Recommend early arrival at the VFW so you can enjoy your breakfast and the fellowship before departing for the clean-up.

The third annual Derby Chapter Warrant Officer Association social will be at the Churchill Downs on 7 November 2015 at 1230 hrs. Ticket prices are $37 per person. Attached are slides with all the pertinent information. Come join us for a great time at the tracks!

It is that time of month for us to rally and beautify OUR 2 miles stretch of highway on Logston Road on 17 October 2015. Participants are invited to join the WOA for breakfast at 0900 at the Vine Grove VFW located at 299 Briggs Lane, Vine Grove, KY 40175; breakfast paid in full by the USAWOA, Derby Chapter. Following breakfast the cleanup will begin at 0930 starting at the Marathon Gas station on 1601 N Logsdon Pkwy, Radcliff, KY. Vests and bags provided.
