Today, the Band Boosters want to send a HUGE Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers in the Monroe County Bands Family! Thank you for everything you do to support our students and program throughout the year. Your time, encouragement, and dedication help make this band family so special. 💐
Tomorrow, Monday 5/11, is our Parent Meeting — and it is one you do NOT want to miss! There will be lots of important information shared about the upcoming school year, along with some exciting final fundraiser prize awards.
Over the past couple of weeks, the band directors handed out five $25 gift cards through random drawings for students who participated in the popcorn fundraiser. Congratulations to our winners:

Tomorrow night, the gift cards for the TOP 5 sellers of the popcorn fundraiser will also be handed out during the meeting. Please make plans for the following students to attend in order to receive their prizes:

We will also be having FOUR pies in the face as the final reward from our calendar fundraiser back in October! 🥧😂
Tuesday May 12th is our last fundraiser of the year with spirit night at Texas Roadhouse from 4-9PM. Make sure to tell them you are there for Monroe County Bands.
Then on Friday, May 15th, we will celebrate all of our incredible volunteers with a special dinner. Every successful band event throughout the year takes the work of so many people behind the scenes, and we truly cannot thank you enough for everything you do for Monroe County Bands.
We hope everyone has a fantastic last two weeks of school and a wonderful summer! We already can’t wait to see all the smiling faces back at band camp in just a few short weeks! 🎺🥁🎷
