Do you need help managing your diabetes?
Health Extension for Diabetes is for people who have been diagnosed with either type 1 or type 2 diabetes.

The program provides participants with:
📌8 educational sessions
📌Self-management resources
📌Support to better manage diabetes
📌Regularly scheduled group meetings allow members to learn about meal planning, enjoyable activity, and blood sugar monitoring that help manage diabetes.

I know that for many neighbors, this season brings financial stress alongside the holiday joy. That is why I am so proud to announce our "Harvest of Hope" community meal.

This Saturday, in partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Georgia and our generous sponsors, we are providing 300 warm meals to the community. This isn't just about food; it's about ensuring every person in District 145 knows they are supported, valued and not alone.
