Since the first cohort graduated in 1991, over 738 leaders have graduated from the Flagstaff Leadership Program (FLP).

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for an unforgettable evening! Despite the weather, it was a night filled with connection, laughter, and community. We’re so grateful to everyone who came out, embraced the elements, and helped make the festivities so special.

It’s a reminder that what makes a community strong isn’t the weather—it’s the people who show up for one another. ❤️

🌮🥙🥯 A Big Thank You to Our Retreat Food Vendors! 🥯🥙🌮

Great leadership retreats need great food—and we were incredibly fortunate to have some amazing local businesses keep our participants fueled throughout the day!

The Class of 2027 kicked off their first Leadership Education Day (LED) with a full day of reflection, connection, and learning!

Participants gained insight into themselves and others through the Enneagram assessment and heard from longtime community leaders about their experiences navigating community, institutional, and personal values. The room was filled with engaged participants asking thoughtful questions, sharing their own experiences, and embracing the opportunity to grow as leaders. 💡

We were also lucky to have Sedona, Class of 2026, lead movement activities during the morning break and lunch, helping everyone keep their blood flowing and their energy high!

And, of course, great leadership development needs great food! Our delicious lunch was catered by Sunshine Catering Cares, a local caterer connected to Sunshine Rescue Mission, where individuals gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the catering business while building their resumes and making valuable connections. Lunch was made possible through a generous donation from Purina. ❤️

We’re excited to see how the Class of 2027 continues to grow, connect, and lead in our community! 🌱💙

🌟 A BIG THANK YOU TO LANCASTER LEADERSHIP! 🌟

A successful Flagstaff Leadership Program retreat is all about connection, collaboration, and a little bit of fun—and Lancaster Leadership helped us bring all three to life!

As part of our Class of 2027 Kickoff Retreat, Jeff and Whitney of Lancaster Leadership led our newest FLP class through an engaging and energetic team-building experience. From encouraging collaboration to getting everyone out of their comfort zones, they created an experience that had our class laughing, connecting, and learning together.

We’re so grateful for the time, energy, and creativity they brought to our retreat and for helping our newest leaders start their FLP journey on such a strong note.

Last weekend, the Flagstaff Leadership Program’s Class of 2027 officially kicked off their FLP journey with an unforgettable Class Retreat!

Our Retreat Committee, made up of the Special Snacks and Box Burners, came together to welcome this newest class into the FLP fold.

A special shoutout to Jeff and Whitney of Lancaster Leadership for making our Day 2 team-building experience an absolute hit!

And the Class of 2027 themselves? Kind. Thoughtful. Curious. Ready for the details.
