IS THIS YOUR DOG? 🐶

Who let the dogs out! This pup has been spotted TWICE outside our shelter (located off of Highway 89). She’s eating from a feeding station left for Lonnie by NAASAR.

If she is just coming over for a snack, please keep her contained! If she is your missing dog, please left us know so we can move forward with catching her and reuniting her with her owner.

Please share 🙏🏻 📱 Thank you!

‼️IMPORTANT INFORMATION‼️

These two guinea pigs were left on the doorstep of our Butler Campus last week. The Butler Campus is CLOSED to the public, and we do not have staff onsite there. We are incredibly lucky that someone happened to stop by and find them before anything serious happened.

The guinea pigs had no food, water, or shelter, and we have no idea how long they were left outside. This situation could have ended very differently.

Abandoning animals is against the law. For the safety and well-being of pets, please take responsible steps when you can no longer care for an animal. Leaving pets unattended outside a shelter or other facility puts their lives at risk.

Closing note: these precious girls are safe, loved, and available for adoption thanks to our shelter and their amazing foster family. Contact their foster using the info on their profile to set up a meet n greet or ask additional questions: highcountryhumane.org/adoptable-fosters

COURTESY RE-HOMING POST! 🐾

This is Tchotchke, and she’s looking for her forever family!
Tchotchke was found injured and wandering the streets. After a round of antibiotics and some much needed love, she’s now completely healed!
Tchotchke is about two years old. She loves people and is the cuddliest cat her foster has ever met. She will just melt in your arms! She also loves to play with her toys.

Due to this little girl being an outside cat for so long, she is territorial and does not want to be in a home with other pets. She currently lives about an hour out of Flagstaff, but her caregiver is more than willing to drive her anywhere, even just for an initial meeting. There is a $50 rehoming fee, and she even has her own litter box and cat carrier! Despite her time on the streets, she is now a very content inside cat. She is spayed, has all her shots and been cleared by a vet.

Please reach out to Talaina via call/text at (928) 241-1935 to learn more about this once in a lifetime cat ❤️

Emaciated pup needs your love - please foster Royal! 💙

He's only about 1 year old and weighs just 12lbs. He needs to gain some healthy weight before he could be neutered! His sisters just left for foster yesterday, now it's his turn. 🥺

Royal lives with another dog at the shelter and really appreciates the companionship. It would be ideal for him to go to a home with a friendly pup friend. 🐶 He will need 4 small meals a day while he's on a refeeding schedule and your patience while he learns potty training. He does walk on a leash and is the SWEETEST baby boy.

📱Call/text (928) 821-5507 or email [email protected] to speak with our foster department!
