Documentation for education completed outside the United States must be evaluated by an accredited agency before you send it to the Wisconsin Registry to be verified on your Individual Profile and Learning Record.

The Transcript Evaluation Grant covers the cost of transcript evaluation. This grant is available until funding is exhausted. Apply today!

Thinking of sending official transcripts to the Wisconsin Registry?

We recommend waiting until your final grades are posted by the college or university.

Once final grades are posted by the school, you can order official transcripts through the registrar's office.

You can send official transcripts to the Wisconsin Registry in one of two ways:

1. Request that your college or university email your official transcript to [email protected].
2. Send your official transcript directly to the Wisconsin Registry from your college or university in an unopened, originally sealed envelope.
