When is a membership application complete?

A membership application is not considered complete until you have taken one of the steps below:
-Send documentation to the Wisconsin Registry.
OR
-Click the "I have no documentation to submit" button.

Please note that you must submit documentation or click the "I have no documentation to submit" button within 21 days of applying for membership to avoid your application being canceled.

Are you renewing your Wisconsin Registry membership but not planning to send any supporting documentation? Let us know with the click of a button!

Click the "I have no documentation to submit" button in your individual profile after submitting your renewal application. You can find this button by clicking on the orange "Membership Alerts" button in your individual profile.

Clicking the "I have no documentation to submit" button within 21 days of submitting your renewal application allows you to complete your application without sending any supporting documents to the Wisconsin Registry.

Documentation for education completed outside the United States must be evaluated by an accredited agency before you send it to the Wisconsin Registry to be verified on your Individual Profile and Learning Record.
