MABA’s Government Affairs Committee welcomed special guest Chris Stoa, Cottage Grove Village Trustee, to its latest meeting!

The committee also discussed several ongoing studies and research projects designed to strengthen MABA’s advocacy efforts and provide valuable information on issues affecting housing and the residential building industry.

Members are also preparing for the upcoming Silent Auction, which will raise funds to support MABA’s political action programs.

It’s happening! Yesterday, the MABA Foundation officially closed on the purchase of a lot in Redtail Ridge from Encore Homes, with assistance from First American Title.

This lot will be the site of the MABA Foundation’s first Student Home Build, and we are incredibly excited to begin this new venture. Stay tuned as we share updates throughout the construction process!
