Here are some pictures of the Young Eagle flights and some other shots of airplanes landing at the Red White and Wings Airshow at the Fergus Falls Airport this last weekend. I can't say thank you enough to all the pilots and ground crew that make this program possible. What a way for the youth of the Fergus Fall area to be able to experience aviation!

Also, thank you to Sky Crew Services and all of the great sponsors and volunteers that made the airshow happen. This was a great event for the community and the Fergus Falls Airport. Hopefully some of the attendees will be inspired to start their own career or hobby in aviation.

(Thanks Armin for the pictures!)

Today was a great day for the City of Fergus Falls and the surrounding communities. Sky Crew Services put on an amazing airshow! Thanks to all that were a part of it. We were able to get some Young Eagle flights in before the show began.

Our annual fly-in was a hit even with the construction. We had some planes fly in and one even came from South Dakota. There were 880 people that came out to support us and we flew around 100 Young Eagles. Thanks to all that came!

Just a friendly reminder about the free airshow on Saturday. It will be a great time. The link to their website is below.

Hope to see the community show up for this.

It will be a great day at the airport for our Belgian Waffle Fly-in from 8-1. There is travel across the bridge over the interstate on highway 210. Hope to see you all there.

Please be aware that there is construction on the bridges and interstate at exit 54. The ramps are closed from the interstate. You are able to cross the bridge and please follow the signage for highway 210 West when you use the different exit to come to the airport this Sunday.

The fly-in is coming up quick. Hope to see you all there.

Spring Young Eagle Update!

We are all wrapped up for our Spring 2026 Young Eagle events. We flew a total of 305 Young Eagles so far this year. We flew students from Pelican Rapids, Fergus Falls, Hillcrest Lutheran, Rothsay, and Battle Lake. We also flew Young Eagles at the Wheels, Tracks, and Wings event at the Elbow Lake Airport.

I want to thank all of the great volunteer pilots and ground crew that all work so hard to make these events successful. We can't do these events without you. Also big thanks to Prairie Air Inc and Sky Crew Services for all the help at the airports.
