The members and staff of A Place 2 Belong would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the incredible individuals and organizations who helped make our club garden dream a reality.

Thank you to Lakes Country Association of Realtors, Country Fields Greenhouse, Jim Keeley of HomeSmart Adventure Realty, Stacy Heinlein of HomeSmart Adventure Realty, Rock and Waters Creation, and the Lakes Area DAV for your generosity, hard work, and dedication.

Because of your donations of flowers, vegetables, dirt, lumber, and building materials, along with the hours of volunteer labor you contributed, our beautiful plant and garden beds have become a reality. What started as a dream is now a thriving space that will bring joy, purpose, learning, and nourishment to our members.

We are truly humbled by the outpouring of support from our community. Your kindness has created more than just garden beds, you have planted hope, connection, and opportunity. We look forward to watching the flowers and vegetables grown from your labor to help feed our members and their families for seasons to come.

Member keyholder is unable to open the Fergus Falls location today. We will be open on Monday June 1st at 10am. Have a fun and safe weekend!

Today both clubs enjoyed a fun trip to the Red River Zoo! Even with temperatures reaching almost 100 degrees, everyone had a great time exploring, laughing, and making memories together. We are so thankful for a wonderful day filled with friendship, fun, and amazing animals!

Last Friday evening, we had our annual Volunteer Banquet celebrating so many of our members for the countless hours they dedicate to volunteering in our communities and clubs. It was an evening filled with laughter, appreciation, and memories that will last for years to come.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible members who continually go above and beyond by giving their time, energy, and compassion to help others. Your dedication truly makes a difference, and we are so grateful for each and every one of you. 👏🏽💚

Today we partnered with United Way of Becker County to help with Day of Caring. We cleaned the ditch from the Holiday Inn corner to McDonald’s and picked up lots of trash along the way.

A HUGE thank you to our amazing members and the Detroit Lakes high school students who stepped up to help with these big projects. Your hard work and willingness to give back to our community does not go unnoticed. 👏🏽

Today finds us at NDSU for the PaY 2026 Celebration. We are incredibly humbled to be a participant, and even more honored to be recognized as one of the awarded organizations.
Grateful for the opportunity to stand alongside so many inspiring individuals and groups making a difference. 💚
