We often begin what someone else will tend.

Such a good reminder that not everything God calls us to do is something we’ll get to see come to completion. Sometimes we’re planting seeds, laying foundations, or simply being faithful in the season we’re in.

We may never see the full impact of our obedience, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t making a difference. What we do today can help someone else grow tomorrow. ❤️

Keep planting. Keep showing up. Keep being faithful.

How much of my life with God exists in future tense?

Someday I’ll slow down.
Someday I’ll trust Him more.
Someday I’ll have more time to pray.
Someday I’ll be more consistent.
Someday I’ll feel closer to God.
Someday I’ll finally become the person I know He’s calling me to be.

But what if God isn’t asking us to wait for someday?

What if He wants to meet us today?

Not when life is less busy.
Not when we have it all together.
Not when we become a better version of ourselves.

Today. In the ordinary. In the messy. In the questions. In the middle of whatever this season holds.

Our relationship with God isn’t meant to live in the future tense. He is here now.

So maybe the question isn’t “What will my life with God look like someday?”

Maybe it’s “What does saying yes to God look like today?” 🤍

Indoor church is canceled so come find us for Church at the Lake on Sunday, July 26th at 10am.

We're meeting at 10201 Bennett Lake, Fenton. Look for the Hyphen Church signs for parking. Lunch is provided, all you need to bring is a chair. Hope to see you there!

We want to take a moment to reflect on the unwavering faithfulness of God during this special season of Hyphen. On Sunday, we will celebrate our 200th gathering as a community, a milestone we hold in high regard. God has demonstrated His wisdom in sustaining us as a church, and we must learn to cherish every week we come together.

Whether you have visited us once or return every week, we are eternally grateful for your presence in this journey. We invite you to join us for this Sunday’s gathering at 10 a.m. to be a part of this joyous event and then join us for a reception afterward. Regardless of whether it’s 200 days, 200 weeks, or 200 years, we are filled with anticipation for the future blessings the Lord has in store for us.
