Pay It Forward Farmington New Mexico. This Is The Official Page Of Pay It Forward Farmington New Mexico. Pay It Forward Farmington N.M. Hunger is a constant in the lives of many New Mexicans.

Was Developed To Help Families And Individuals In Our Community That Are In Need Of Assistance Due To A Hardship In Their Lives. This Can Include An Endless Amount Of Situations Where Members Of Our Community Need A Little Help To Get Back On Their Feet And On The Right Track. Every day, thousands of people around the state struggle to put food on their tables. Every week, nearly 40,000 New Mexica

ns seek food assistance. While thousands of New Mexicans receive assistance through SNAP (Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program), those funds only provide 2.3 weeks of groceries.**

Pay It Forward is a non-profit 501 C-3 and follows the program guidelines established by the Food and Nutrition Services Bureau (FANS) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) federal program regulations. We are currently distributing food to over 600 families per month. Our food pantry is open to the public, and our Senior Citizen’s Program food boxes are distributed, on the last Saturday of every month from 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. Food boxes are also delivered to designated low-income apartment complexes on a regularly scheduled basis.

Kindness isn't weakness. It's leadership

Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you can't see

The top performer silently struggling at home

The colleague putting on a brave face

The new hire drowning in self-doubt

You don't know what people are carrying

But you can choose how you show up

Kindness is a choice. Every single day

And here's what it actually looks like

→ Honest feedback delivered with compassion

→ Listening to understand, not just to respond

→ Making space for people to be human

→ Checking in without an agenda

→ Giving credit when it's earned

Let's be clear:

Kind doesn't mean soft

Kind doesn't mean pushover

Kind doesn't mean avoiding hard conversations

The opposite

Kind leaders tell the truth

They just don't weaponize it

They hold high standards

They just don't crush people in the process

One small act of kindness can change someone's entire day

Maybe their entire trajectory

And the best part is…

Kindness costs you nothing

But it compounds over time

In trust

In loyalty

In performance

Your team will forget the deadlines

They'll remember how you treated them when things got hard

So before your next meeting, ask yourself

What if this person is barely holding it together ?

Would you lead any differently ?

Be the leader who assumes everyone needs grace

Because they probably do

And so do you

Kindness is not the opposite of strength; indecisiveness is.

Teams don't collapse under pressure,

but rather disintegrate due to unclear expectations.

Truly trust-building leaders possess a quiet strength:

Kindness + clear communication.

They don't raise their voices,

They don't forcefully control,

but demonstrate authority through stability and consistency.

Kindness is not weakness,

but the cornerstone of leadership.

Excellent leaders can:

Have empathy, yet make difficult decisions;

Maintain respect while upholding principles;

Be passionate, yet firmly defend principles.

The key to a team's success lies in leaders who:

1️⃣ Clearly define expectations in advance;

2️⃣ Create a sense of security without lowering standards;

3️⃣ Make decisions based on values, not pressure;

4️⃣ Manage their own energy to protect the team.

People trust leaders who are non-aggressive and consistent in their words and actions.

Goodwill doesn't weaken authority;

It amplifies it.

The true starting point is: First, be kind to yourself.
