We were honored once again to partner with Express Employment Professionals-Fargo,ND to welcome back Art Atkinson for a powerful discussion on leading teams through change!

Art shared valuable insights on how people process change differently and why understanding your own change style, along with the styles of those around you, can help make change more positive and productive.

Attendees learned practical strategies to improve communication, strengthen teamwork, maintain productivity during times of change and confidently lead their teams through every stage of the process.

It was inspiring to see so many local leaders investing in their growth and development.
