Cade Satnan, 16, was in a car accident on October 2nd, where he was left with serious injuries, and the loss of two friends. Cade has a long road of recovery after sustaining head and neck injuries, bodily trauma, as well as the mental pain from this horrific incident. He is currently in a neck brace and moving with the aid of a walker.

Kayla Shablow dropped a glass on her foot which resulted in a split tendon and surgery. Two weeks later, Kayla was involved in a car accident. Kayla faces this with an already preexisting condition of moderate to severe degenerative disc disease in the neck.

Rolland Porter's mother, Connie, was diagnosed with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, a rare form of bile duct cancer in November 2024. As part of her ongoing treatment options, Rolland traveled to Houston Methodist Hospital to complete an extensive living liver donor evaluation to determine whether he is compatible to donate a portion of his liver to her. So far, the results have been encouraging, but there are still additional travel, testing, and medical decisions.

On October 2, 2026, 16-year-old Taylor Rebecca Fisher tragically passed in a car accident. The shock of losing Taylor so suddenly has been heartbreaking for the family and community as they try to process that her life was cut so short.

This Spring, Janel Reep found a lump and assumed it was another cyst like many times before. But after her annual mammogram, Janel was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma preliminary Nottingham grade 2 with metastatic left axillary lymphadenopathy. After an MRI was ordered it showed the potential of it being within the other side as well.
