🐾 K9 Renata gets her check-up! 🐾

K9 Renata recently stopped by Deer Run Veterinary Services for her regularly scheduled vaccines and a little preventative maintenance to keep her ready for duty. 💉🐕

A huge THANK YOU to the team at Deer Run Veterinary Services for generously donating their services free of charge to help keep all of our K9s healthy and ready to serve our community.

Back in June, North Falmouth Elementary School challenged the Falmouth Police and Fire Departments to take the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in support of Katie’s Cure. We accepted… and now it’s time to pay up. 🧊

Join us on Saturday, August 22, from 12–2 PM as Falmouth Police and Fire team up for an epic ALS Ice Bucket Challenge to raise awareness and support for those affected by ALS and to honor Katie’s legacy through Katie's Cure ALS.

Want to make it even more fun? Anyone who donates to Katie’s Cure will have the chance to dunk police officers in an ice-cold dunk tank after the challenge. If you’ve been waiting for the perfect opportunity to soak the officer who wrote you a ticket, this might be it. 😉

The Ice Bucket Challenge is part of our Open House, so stick around for station tours, a K9 demonstration, equipment displays, free food, and more. We hope to see you there! 💙🚔🚒

The Falmouth Police Foundation would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce for inviting us to speak at last night’s event. We truly appreciate the opportunity to introduce our newly established nonprofit organization and share our mission with members of the community.

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Falmouth Road Race for their generous $1,000 donation in support of FPD’s K9 Program. Their continued investment in our community and the many organizations they support throughout Falmouth makes a lasting impact, and we are incredibly grateful for their generosity.

It was an honor to discuss the Foundation’s support of the Falmouth Police Department’s re-established K9 Program and our commitment to continuing that support well into the future. Beyond the K9 program, the Foundation exists to help provide funding for specialized training, equipment, community initiatives, and other important needs that fall outside the Town’s allocated budget. With the support of our community, we can help ensure our officers have the resources they need to continue providing the highest level of service to Falmouth.
